This is such a proud moment for me because this is the very first kit I have painted. At the beginning, it was stressful and my hands were really wobbly. But after some time, I got used to it and started to enjoy the process. I found that I am more fond of using markers only downside is once the color runs out, I need to buy a set again
Since this was my first painting project, as an anxious person, I printed a black and white copy of the manual and colored it. Just wanted to make sure that the colors will fit and of course so I can show it to my supervisor (son) for his approval
It turned out SO beautiful. I am shocked that this is your first to paint. Well done! Will you be painting another someday? I’m sure your son is very pleased.
What a wonderful milestone! Your first painted kit turned out beautifully, and it’s amazing that you stepped out of your comfort zone and tried something new.
Getting approval from your “supervisor” sounds adorable. The fact that your kids loved the result too makes it even more special.
Thank you for sharing your journey with the community. We’re excited to see your next build and would love to watch the video when you show how the game works. Happy building!
It turned out absolutely stunning you did such a good job at your first painted build the colors are amazing togheter. I’m sure your supervisor will be so happy with this build
I thought the kit looked familiar but I didn’t recognize the colors. Only when I read the post that I realized it because you painted it yourself! OMG! It looks great! The color selection fits it perfectly, ot gives that carnival game look to it! Looking forward to the video of how ot works!
The Gear Ball Challenge comes in plain wood. So it is really up to you which color to choose. My son requested for it to be in blue, yellow and red which are his favorite colors
Cool Build Ms. @Jill_Francisco! I feel so intimidated by ROKR kits like this. Hopefully I’ll be able to build one in the near future. For now, I’ll stick to my miniature houses.
