[Challenge & Achievement] 1950s Diner Book Nook Completed (not Robotime)

After completing the Gear Ball Challenge, I finally made time to finish my 1950s Diner Book Nook.

The disco balls and wall decorations was all that’s left to be done. And the wiring of the lighting. I must say I am not fond of how they arrange it, it looks messy to me. And the instructions for this nook is not clear having the picture/illustrations so small so I just winged with it.

Overall, I definitely love the theme of this book nook. It’s so beautiful

I think I messed up with the lighting of the first floor because it’s so dim compared to the 2nd floor. Instructions showed to tape the wire wire with the bulb near the hole. But I think I should have forced the whole bulb into the hole. But having to disassemble this part would be a mess, so I just let it be.

The battery box is hidden at the back of the nook.

And let’s not forget to appreciate also the side panels of this book nook.

It was such a fun build and having the little hammer tool with the kit was a plus for me

You did a wonderful job. I recall that @Tkaplan complained about those darn disco balls as well. They don’t appear to be much fun…but you got it done.

Fifijoy must be thrilled, this kit is so popular!

Although the kit is original, given its period setting.
