Space Shuttle test problem

Hi, I am trying to test the space shuttle and the arm won’t move properly. I think the slider works fine though. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thank you

Without seeing a video of the problem, it is hard to guess. Wiithout seeing one, I think your problem might in the upper tower of the building where the gears meet and are not aligned properly.

I got the video

I watched the video. I saw that it moved smoothly, without getting stuck.

It appears to me as though it might be being pushed… I don’t understand why the left hand is always following it… @ThaoNguyen

Why are you holding it the whole time…and why is that piece falling out at the end?

I have the same question as you. It still works, so why would he need to do that with his hands?

What is the problem. The arm closes when the switch it hit by the c14 part?

At the end, when I push the button, the arm fails to go back out. Sorry if it seems a bit unclear

Idk why the c14 part keeps on falling out. Is it fine if I push it in with my hand?

Then i have no idea hope @CustomerService can help

The C14 will have to be removed later after the test and it will be used later on to attach the rocket to the slide. Is that the reason you are holding on to it? As long as it moves fine, you have no problems. Be sure to save that C14 in a safe place.

I think I fixed it, the problem was that the switch controlling the arm wasn’t pressed down fully, which caused all the issues. I added some scrap wood so that the switch will be fully pressed.
