Hi! for some reason, whenever i press the start button it only goes forward and back a little. please help. thank you!!

Have you sanded and waxed everything along the sides off rails and anywhere that wood ‘slides’ against wood…and all the teeth for gears there? Also, did you try installing part C14? Also, I think the arm should be facing in the starting position as well
Yes i have tried to wax and sand down anything that is restricting movement
Have you looked at every single picture on the troubleshooting page to make sure that gears are aligned properly? Exactly as shown in pictures? Reading every step …and comparing pics to your model? I’ve even done so with other models. NOT this one because I had no issues at all, after figuring out my first test for lights and motors. (I kept missing a step.)
not yet… i am planning to take everything apart and rebuild it again. not sure why it’s acting like this since when i first tested it out everything was going well

I hope you can find the problem because its not fun ti takr it apart.
Please turn off the device and disconnect the power.After powering off, please fully reset both the landing gear and the robotic arm, then reinstall C14. Once that’s done, power it on again and test whether the issue still exists.
do what robotime advised. part C14 needs to be installed when testing this.
I just finished making this and mine did that for aaaaages. Until I worked out I had to disconnect the USC cable every time I’d pressed the buttons to reset it. So annoying!!
