Meetup Event 01 Barcelona, Spain 
This time, Robotime brought the DIY & Crafting Club to Barcelona, Spain. On a sunny and creative December afternoon, 23 creators gathered together to begin a truly special hands-on crafting experience, with four of them attending together with close friends or family members. Led by Robotime Brand Ambassador @Wenbare , everyone set off on a magical Robotime adventure.
Curiosity and Questions at the Beginning
At the start of the event, the room was filled with curiosity and anticipation “How does this piece fit?” “How do I connect the lights?” There was excitement, but also a bit of confusion. 
Under Wendy’s patient guidance, every beginner was given clear explanations and step-by-step demos. More experienced creators stepped in as well, helping answer questions along the way. These interactions created a warm, well-organized atmosphere for everyone.
Getting Into the Flow, Creativity Takes Shape
As everyone gradually found their rhythm, the Christmas-themed kits on the tables: Candy Stand, Santa on Sleigh, and Christmas Town, slowly began to take shape in skilled hands. Laughter, discussions, and joyful “aha ~ ” , “jajaja~” , ”click-click” moments filled the room. 
The entire process focused and relaxed, and the joy of creating became more and more evident.
Creativity and Meaningful Connections
Just like our meetups in Philippines and Indiana, the Barcelona gathering reminded us that crafting is about more than finished pieces, it’s about connection. Through shared laughter and hands-on making, creators brought small wonders to life together.

Meet Our Spain Brand Ambassador Wendy
If the Barcelona meetup carried a gentle sense of warmth, it naturally flowed from Wendy herself. A primary school teacher from Spain, Wendy has a calm and caring presence that instantly puts people at ease. She listens with patience, notices small details, and makes those around her feel quietly welcomed.
In her everyday life, Wendy finds joy in simple, mindful moments. She loves knitting, spending time with her cats, and immersing herself in crafts that invite focus and care. These slow and thoughtful hobbies reflect the way she approaches both life and people, with softness, patience, and genuine attention.
Wendy’s journey with Robotime began in 2021 after an unexpected event. During that time, building kits became her way to regain focus and inner calm. Through the Robotime community, she discovered that building kits could be more than a pastime. It became a quiet space where she could slow down, regain balance, and gently reconnect with herself. Since then, she has also crafted many kits as thoughtful gifts for family and friends. To Wendy, each piece is more than a model, it is a heartfelt creation made with care for someone special.
Her love for family is especially evident in her relationship with her grandmother. Wendy has lovingly crafted pieces for her, transforming models into small worlds filled with memories and emotion. These handmade gifts carry closeness, care, and blessings, giving crafting a deeper and more tender meaning.
In Wendy’s story, there is also an important presence who has quietly accompanied her along the way — her husband. Whether during the creative process or through life’s challenges, he is always the first to offer encouragement. When she feels tired, he gives her strength, and through his patience, thoughtfulness, and understanding, Wendy is able to love what she does, create with confidence, and share her passion freely. It is this support that gives her the courage to bring that passion to even more people.
As a teacher, Wendy has also brought the joy of crafting into her classroom. The previous Robotime donation project for local primary schools was also led by her. Watching children focus intently while building and feel proud upon completion reaffirmed her belief that the power of crafting goes far beyond the finished result.
This Spain meetup carried the same quiet warmth that Wendy brings to everything she does. It was also filled with Wendy’s care and dedication. From early preparations to her constant presence during the event, she gently yet firmly supported every participant throughout the day. The gathering was a wonderful success and left behind a lingering sense of warmth, making everyone eager to meet again.
