Hope someone can help me. Everything works fine but when I add the belt, it just gets stuck.

It seems the gears aren’t meshing with the belt, so it’s not turning.
so what should i do here?

I haven’t built this one, so I don’t know exactly what might help, but @CustomerService will definitely be able to assist you. I hope you can fix it soon.
I have not yet started this but what I have read again and again is this. Sanding and LOTS of waxing on gears is vital! Wax, wax, wax.
Meanwhile, yes post a video so the ones who have done this can see and give more solid advice!
Maybe loosen the screw a bit to see if it is maybe to tight. Else sand and wax the wall and the side of the cog that is next to the wall.
Please check that the gears and belt are properly engaged.

Have u checked the gears are aligned? That may be the problem
