Hi rokr gift factory builders i need help. Why is my puzzle halting?? It passed the previous tests but while building it i did a test for fun and it suddenly had these issues why?

Hmm I’m sorry this is happening. Is this after you’ve tried out the advice from Robotime customer service in the previous post? 
Looks like something is stuck on the conveyer build
Hi there,
You’ll need to remove the conveyor belt and test the mechanism. The four areas I marked in the picture may have excessive friction, which could be causing the jam.
Please check these spots and let us know how it goes.

i ve check everywhere esp the rotating and moving parts there were no obstructions. Also just a question how do i know a piece is sufficiently waxxed?

Whenever I have to wax a part I feel afterwards whether it feels a bit smooth. Hope you can find the problem. I once had a problem with another build that wasn’t running smoothly. I took it apart step by step until it ran smoothly. I then re-waxed the last part I removed, and everything ran smoothly again.
