I have everything wired up I have checked the manual multiple times and it all seems right but when I power on the base none of it works. It’s like it’s receiving no power.
On the test set up for the electrical, it all seemed like it was working, though now I have realised the bottom red and blue lights never lit up.
Any help for this particular problem would mean so much

Did you put part c14 on top of the arms that slide out.
