I have a question about the space shuttle kit. It is fully assembled and every part moves except for the parts attached to the Motor 1 assembly (arm, bridge, and crane). When I listen closely I can hear the motor trying to run, but nothing happens. All other inputs work if I press the buttons manually, it’s only motor 1 that isn’t functioning. Any help would be much appreciated!
Yes, it functioned fine during testing. There was a small issue with it during the built test, but I unplugged it and plugged it in again, and it worked fine after that.
I haven’t built this kit myself, but if you can share a short video or a few photos showing how it’s assembled, it’ll be much easier to help. I’m sure Jerry can give you some guidance, and @CustomerService will be able to assist too
Unfortunately, I’d have to take the kit apart to show pictures of the affected area, and I’d rather not do that until I have an idea of what’s wrong. The parts move just fine manually, so there’s no mechanical issue apart from the motor.
@Th3D0m1n8r Hiii, welcome to the community; I hope you’re going to have loads of fun here
I have forwarded your question to our customer service team, and they should be answering it soon.
Feel free to share anything!
We’re sorry for the trouble with your product. Could you please send us a short video showing the issue? Our team will check it and, if needed, send you free replacement parts.
If it’s an assembly problem, we’ll guide you through the steps.
I’m having the same issue. The arm moves to where the rocket should launch and it does work, but not every time. Sometimes it reaches the end and triggers properly, and other times it doesn’t activate the switch so the cycle fails. Any ideas what might cause it to be inconsistent?
