Thank you @Jill_Francisco the venue was perfect. It was a community center. Upon entering, it smelled quite a bit like beer, but after opening the doors for a while, that smell disappeared

It was a really fun afternoon. Robotime chose most of the kits. I was very happy with it, because it was so varied and there was something for everyone
