hello all the cuckoo is runing and sing her song every hour but i have a problem with the clock pendulum. For time to time it stop moving or move slowly it .I use USB 1A adaptor and try to replace it with no change . I notice that after i press the on the stair that activates the bird the pendulum start moving but again stop after some tine .
Any idea ? Regards ahead Doron

I’m sorry you are having this problem. I have seen some people say there was a magnet in the back of the pendulum…but I don’t recall seeing one on mine. I hope that you are able to figure out the problem.

Hi , Please make sure that no batteries are installed when using USB power, as the product will prioritize battery power first. If you’re only using the USB connection, we suggest unplugging and reconnecting the pendulum wire at the back, then testing it again with just the USB to see if it works normally. If it still doesn’t work, the issue might be with the pendulum or the battery box — we can send you replacement parts if needed.
Did yours work normally? Any issues? I will be building mine soon too.
Yes @Tricia12 but I don’t recall seeing a magnet on the back side. It may have been there or maybe it wasn’t. I’m not really sure but I’ve heard a lot of people mention a magnet
I will have to keep that in mind.
