Pendulum on my Cuckoo clock doesn’t swing, tho clock is level, any ideas

Oroblem with pendulum

Hi , Please make sure that no batteries are installed when using USB power, as the product will prioritize battery power first. If you’re only using the USB connection, we suggest unplugging and reconnecting the pendulum wire at the back, then testing it again with just the USB to see if it works normally. If it still doesn’t work, the issue might be with the pendulum or the battery box — we can send you replacement parts if needed. [image]

Hope you will get it sorted soon. Looks like Robotime is offering a replacement part. I tends to use the battery so I’m not bother to plug in the USB-C port.
