I managed to secure an antique today. The box is a little dented and it wasn’t wrapped but the goods inside are fine.
It has air dry clay which most likely won’t work anymore so I’m gonna need to come up with a replacement. Also these kits didn’t used to come with paint due to air shipping, so I’ll have to source my own. They are so evil just look at the plants! You’ll need to manually cut out every single leaf. 
Manufactured in 2019, the year I started this hobby. 
I stole the idea of photographing the date from @Atropex!
It’ll be added to my mountain of backlog until I have the brainpower to come up with some customising ideas.

Hey I have this one!! For the clay, Amazon has a pretty good selection of kits with multiple coloured containers of air dry clay!

This is the one I bought, and I’ve been able to colour match any colours I found in the kits pretty closely!!

I made my own clay out of flour cornstarch and water to make the little mushrooms that I put in front of my cuckoo clock house. I don’t remember the formula but you can easily Google it and then paint them yourself. This looks like an amazing build and I hope you enjoy it

Have you made it? I never bought this when it first came out because I’m not a fan lol. I only got it now because I saw someone selling it second hand and I know it’s discontinued.
I’ll have a look at the clay. We don’t really use Amazon here in Middle Earth. 
To be honest, I was gonna cheat and just buy plastic ones hahahaha.

You could choose to make different plants. You don’t have to struggle. Especially if you think something isn’t going to give you good results.
My current kit only has one of those plants, fortunately.

Too bad about the clay. That would have been interesting material and aspect of the kit. You will have to find a replacement.

It’s evil for sure! For this reason I welcome pre cut plants and leaves in the newer kits.
But I’m with you I’ll most likely cheat and get plants somewhere else. Same thing with the clay. Or just ditch them both altogether.

This one would look so cool but I wouldn’t go near it seeing those leaves for cutting. Those fern like leaves are going to be a challenge.
Definitely a build to make if you want a big challenge. Your teddy will be a happy occupant to it too.

It’s a nice kit. This model kit is very interesting. The most difficult part is making the hanging lamp. Close attention to that!

I’m not sure I want to bother with those leaves anymore. Back then I didn’t have a choice but now I think I’ll be cheating and getting something else. We will see when I get to it hahaha.
But yes Teddy would be perfect in it.
