My husband received his Father’s Day gift early and he couldn’t wait to start. He’s a space travel and exploration aficionado so this is great for him. Plus it’s great to keep the aging brain active . I think he learned from his music box mistakes and fingers crossed no parts break!
Good for him! Although taking a picture of the kit with a hammer in front of it doesn’t bode well lol ![]()
Wow, he’ll be like a kid! I hope he enjoys it a lot.

I just noticed that. It’s part of my tool kit which is out of the screen and he wanted it on standby.
Been at it quite a bit today. Took a break for lunch & pool
Good for him! Glad hes enjoying this
Omg That’s Hilarious!!
I use a hammer almost everyday on my kits…LOL! @Grey74
This is definitely a fantastic kit. I hope he is enjoying it.
Do you have Father’s Day soon? We have it on the first Sunday in September.
Your husband appears to be enjoying himself. I how that this build goes a lot smoother for him.
That’s a cool kit. You guys enjoy building it. ![]()
I can’t wait to do this one. I just purchased it. I plan on painting parts of it. Hope he enjoys doing it and looking forward to progress pics
kialo, what a thoughtful early Father’s Day gift for a space travel fan. We hope the build goes smoothly this time, and the little tool setup already makes the start feel memorable.
June 21st is USA Fathers Day.
Oh wow! It’s different all around the world hey?
I think this is a fab kit especially for a space nerd.
This is a really fun build. You really do have to follow the directions exactly for the lift to work later in the build. It’s so rewarding when you finish! With his interests, I think he’ll really enjoy this one!
This is such a cool kit. Your husband looks like he’s made some great progress.
What a nice Father’s Day gift. By the progress he made so far, you can tell he is really enjoying himself.
Haha
…hope that will not gonna happen again, btw what is the need of that hammer on desk![]()
