We’re part way through building this gift factory and it’s stared making this whiny whirring noise, heard over the music. It’s so annoying that that’s all that we can hear now 
any tips or suggestions? I wasn’t there for the addition of conveyor belt or the tree so can’t pin point when it started but it was silent initially for sure.

Welcome to the community. I am so sorry you are having this problem. I have only seen it once before but @Robotime did take care of it.
Is the sound coming through the speaker or from the conveyer belt.
If the humming noise is caused by gear friction, it may indicate a motor issue or damage to the internal gears. It would be best if you could provide a short video so we can listen to the sound and better identify the problem.
