Dream Coffee Factory – slight sound during operation, is this normal?

Hi everyone! I’m partway through building the Dream Coffee Factory and everything is working well – all the mechanisms are moving as they should. I’m hearing a small sound during operation and wanted to check if this is typical before I continue.
I’ve already made sure everything is properly lubricated, so I’m not sure if this is something to be concerned about or just part of normal operation.
Has anyone else experienced this? Should I investigate further or is it likely fine to keep building?
Thanks for any insights – I’m planning to continue on but thought I’d check here first!

The engine noise from that unit is quite loud, so it’s normal for it to be present during operation.

I remember the belt from my Dream Gift Factory doing a similar noise, so I wouldn’t be that worried.

I have not built this one …but @Martins_Assembly_H is doing a step by step tutorial so if you need help along the way, be sure to check them out.

I just literally completed the model as far as you have and my one did make a bit of a noise but not as near as loud as your one is :grimacing: And it’s the conveyor belt that’s causing it.

Hello,

Please try to gently push the four parts indicated by the arrows below to both sides respectively.

This will reduce the friction between the edge of the conveyor belt and these four parts, thereby reducing the noise.

Thank you so much for taking the time to make that video - I really enjoyed watching it and appreciate you sharing your process! The wax tip is great, and I actually did try something similar with wood lubricant earlier.
After you posted, Rolife customer service also responded with a diagram showing where to gently adjust four small circular parts away from the conveyor belt edges, and that ended up making the biggest difference for the noise!
But I’m so grateful you jumped in to help right away - it’s wonderful to see how different approaches work for different builds, and I know your video will be super helpful for others troubleshooting the same issue. Thanks again for being so helpful! :slightly_smiling_face:
