I’m watching part three of the video. Doing great so far. Just tested it and there are two issues: the gold dispensers don’t align with the coffee cups. Is there an easy way to fix this? And two in the self checkout area where the two paws come out only the smaller paw is working the other one was working, but I have a pin that came out and I’m not sure where it goes. Any suggestion

I would look back at your instructions where you used those pins and try to find the spot it came from. All of Robotime is currently on holiday until after the 26th so I don’t think Customer Service will reach out to you any time soon. I certainly hope you can find the issue.
Thank you. I’ll try to send a video. I did fix the first issue. (I had the gold coffee dispensers on the wrong way). Duh!

Which videos are you watching though? As far as I know the instructions come in the printed manual.
Anyway and as the others said, a video (and maybe also a photo of the manual steps related to the issue) may help us find the problem and help you with it

Sorry to hear about that. I think you’ll have to take the faulty parts apart and put them back together (the gold dispensers don’t align with the coffee cups).
You’re welcome. Oh I think you can upload with minimal mb here. What others do is that they upload their vids on gmail or youtube then share them here.

Ok. No problem - I understand they can assist sometime this week. In the meantime, the gold dispenser to coffee cup issue has been fixed 
. And, I find where I think my issue is…..on pages 11-12, I see P11 going through H49(ish)…actually H44. That’s where I believe it fell out of. That’s where it’s attached to the large “paw” noted on page 12. I think that’s right. Now the problem is - how can I fix that? I’m ready to start on page 23 with everything else,. Any way to easily (ha) fix it without taking it apart? Thanks for any advice!
