Help! - Starry Camellia Lamp

I really need help. We just put together both of these flowers and neither of the flowers has movement. We have followed the instructions and have torn them back apart and we just can’t figure it out. The bee moves up and down a little bit, but the flower doesn’t. The part inside is moving in a circle…just doesn’t open and close the flower.

Oh no! This appears to be such a simple kit, but oftentimes outer appearances can be quite deceiving. I wish I had answers for you. I know you are a great builder so I doubt you made any mistakes. This might be a good question for customer service

I’ve never had any trouble like this. And for two kits to be doing it must mean we did something wrong. Idk.

Just took my instructions out, did you put in the white connectors in the right way and I think it may also have something to do with part P9/P14/P15 you have to adjust and how tight you screw them

Connectors are correct because light works and the disc inside is rotating. I’ll check the parts you mentioned

Those parts appear to be correct.

i had this with the Robotime Blooming Bouquet Box, and then my husband did something with it, but still not really works super well, didn’t have any issues with the lamps. may is suggest looking on YouTube, often I find a problem solving answer on a YouTube video, sometimes there is also a QR code you can scan in the instructions that takes you to you tube for advice

It seems like the set screw in the stem isn’t gripping the rod inside the stem. When I tighten the set screw, the flower can still be pulled off the rod.

Maybe the issue is on the parts already. I think you can ask for a replacement part after rechecking everything. I hope you resolve the issues soon.

That’s pretty sad. I hope @CustomerService can help you with a solution for it.

Oh no. Sorry this happened to you.

It’s two different kits. Both flowers aren’t working right.

I see. I’m sorry I don’t have an idea that they’re separate kits. :< If you’ve followed the instructions, I guess the fault is on the parts. I just see this kit I think to one of Sofie’s or you can ask the CustomerService.

I think is the connection part… I came across this happened… don’t tighten the set screw, it will make the flower stop blooming…
