I am back home after a wonderful holiday in Tenerife. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take my project with me, so I couldn’t continue building. Luckily, we had full days, so I didn’t have time to miss building.
Today I was able to build a little further. It was mainly the mechanical part that I had to make, so there isn’t much difference visible on the typewriter yet.
Welcome back! It sounds like you had a wonderful holiday, and it’s great that you were able to dive back into your project right after. Even if the mechanical part doesn’t show much visible progress yet, it’s such an important stage—laying the groundwork for everything that comes after.
Liset, welcome back from Tenerife! Those full days sound like the perfect holiday reset, even if your mechanical typewriter had to stay home and wait patiently. We are so happy to have you back at the workbench, and we cannot wait for the next update!
Oh I knew your will be the one who will first paint it perfectly can’t wait to see more. Tenerife sounds like a dream place and it looks like it was a great trip as you are all looking very happy and relaxed. Welcome back here with us
