I am back home after a weekend away with family to celebrate my Grandma’s 87th birthday. As you know, I made the blooming book for her and she thought it turned out very special and beautiful :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: It was so busy that I completely forgot to take a picture :sweat_smile:

I have the day off today because of Easter, so I have time to work on the typewriter. After a few hours, it is already starting to take shape.

I decided to paint only the edges, because there are very small details that I would otherwise have to paint around, and I think the black and gold already looks very nice.

So far, I haven’t had any problems. The wood is very thick and sturdy, so it doesn’t break easily.

Im in awe at this kit! I cant imagine the beauty in person!
It is surely in my wishlist so that I can show it to my daughter. It brings me back to the days that I have to do my school report using this!

I don’t know. The store in the Netherlands has received a small batch to see how popular this structure is, so that an estimate can be made of how many need to be produced.This is what I understood.

I’ve never really had to use a typewriter, although I did play with one back when my parents still had one. The antique buildings are my favorite, so I couldn’t resist this one :wink:
