I have completed most of my little objects to be installed later. My light is complete but I didn’t install it yet because I always like to have more space when I am installing other things first. I changed the color on the brick of course and added my own artwork. This tiny pencil that I made is only one of about 9 more custom things that I will add to the model. I think my customizations will take another 2 days but you just never know when tackling something made from scratch. We will see how it goes. Let’s see how many of you can guess the reference to the clock..

Thank you as always for your kind words. @Atropex . Looking at the pencil now, it is too fat. I will probably just ditch the yellow rubber tubing and go with just a toothpick and paint it myself. I was trying to avoid a bit of painting…believe it or not.

I had to make a pencil for the “Soho Time” build, and I think for that I just wrapped a piece of paper around a toothpick, and cut little jagged edges in the top of the paper to make it look sharpened, and then coloured the tip of the toothpick black. That turned out pretty good. Painting would definitely work too!

Nice update, I love how it’s looking so far. All those tiny details! I have to be honest Nita, I’ve never thought of customising my kits but you make me think about it, although I don’t think I’ll be that skilled haha
Love the pencil also! Maybe a bit fat but it don’t see it as a problem. Can’t wait to see your other customizations! You really make your kits, well, yours.

Seeing Nita’s got me going to. I think the first one I really changed was the Cheers bar you are just finishing! I had been painting furniture and edges, but on that one, I also changed the floor and walls
