Everything worked when I finished the gantry but once the shuttle was finished the arms on the gantry will open but nothing else happens. Shuttle won’t move at all. Just sits in the upright position. I’m sure I missed something but just don’t know enough about electronics to figure it out.

@Pmas67 welcome to the community, and I can imagine how frustrating that is after the gantry worked on its own. Since the arms still open but the shuttle does not move, it may help to recheck the shuttle-side connections and any switch/contact points before looking deeper into the electronics. If you can share a clear photo of the wiring area, builders who have finished this model may be able to spot the missing piece faster.

Oh no! Hopefully it’s just one small connection or gear that’s out of place. Don’t give up yet! Sometimes taking a break and coming back with fresh eyes makes those little issues much easier to spot. I really hope you get it working soon.

Thanks all for the warm welcome. Its much appreciated. Now, does anyone know of an easy way to take apart the pieces I’d need to remove to get to those switches and gears? 
It’ll kill me to gut this thing unnecessarily.

Welcome to the community. I can imagine that it is frustrating when something that worked, doesn’t work anymore when it is done. Maybe send us some pictures or video as well. Someone might be able to see what the problem is.
