So here I sit. Day who knows whatever of waiting for a kit to be received, no it’s still not here. I didn’t want to start anything new but I can’t just sit here and idle hands and all that… the wife wanted to watch Dancing with the Stars, and well yeah I’m not doing that. So I go to my office and look for my normal Halloween time fair of horror. Or every day watching for me lol. And I find myself watching ParaNorman. How have I never seen this before?!? It’s great!!

Anyways..

I got a couple kits waiting to be built so I decided to just get this out of the way. It’s my first wooden flower build! It’s not bad.. it’s out of my wheelhouse for sure. But I guess it looks good? It’s going fast and I figure the wife will like it when it’s done.
Hopefully tomorrow my long awaited kit will be here? Maybe this week? Month???

I always love doing The Flower kits. I certainly hope that your model shows up soon. I still haven’t gotten my customization kit

I’ve only done one flower, and then i suddenly have 4 more to do, and a couple more in my ‘to buy’ list :blush: this one you just did looks pretty on its own already. Looking forward to seeing the basket filled up with blooms

This is a wonderful kit while waiting But when is the kit going to arrive !!! Somedays waiting is such frustration especially if times running out for customization :sneezing_face:

I’m almost giving up and just going to ask for a refund on it. So frustrating. But at least I have something to keep me occupied in the mean time lol

I see them as simple in-between projects… or something i can do whenever i don’t feel like building a full kit :slightly_smiling_face:

How do you edge paint with these? I have trouble reaching the tiny cracks.

Idk! You and Nita having to wait so long! and who the heck gets two weeks off for holiday?! At least feels like two! Every time there is a holiday - off for days? Crazy LOL

Working in healthcare, there are no holidays, no weekends, just 24/7. Glad to be retired.

The kit I am waiting for is for the Reddit event not the Robotime one. But still its making me impatient and I just wish it would show up already lol
