This story made me laugh but it also sounds all too familiar 
When I build this bloomy nookbook. I miss place the flower arrangements on the table you can see 2 red roses but in the guide there’s a yellow and sky blue flower 
due to color blindness I miss place these flowers and when I reach the step where these tiny red roses are used I realized that I make a mistake, but I keep it same at the end and use yellow and sky blue flower on the ending step where theses roses are should be placed 
and I love this miss placement

My missing piece and building that comes to a standstill story involves The Fluffy Bakery. I was missing two pieces from the C board to make books. But, that was easily remedied by me because I cut out other pieces from my off cuts and solved that issue. Then I broke a piece that didn’t have a spare on the boards. I tried gluing it but the glue wouldn’t hold. So, I reached out to Robo and let them know my issues, letting them know I was at a standstill.
They offered to replace the kit if I couldn’t fix the piece. That didn’t make sense to me, so I sanded it all back the next day and using a different type of super glue, I put it back into the board that it came from and waited for it to set. Thankfully, it worked this time.
And here is my pathetic score in the game.
PS: I later found one of my missing pieces that had fallen out of the board.

I can just imagine the panic when the piece broke and you thought your build was going to be put on hold for weeks.

I was really worried because whenever I leave a project midway, it’s so difficult to start it again with the same enthusiasm. It just doesn’t feel the same

I am right in the middle of a spare part journey 
I have a post about it, but long story short is that my dog chewed an integral piece of my “Falling Sakura” build. Rolife, being awesome, has already responded to my spare part inquiry and the piece should be here within the next week or two. I have plenty to keep me busy until then!
I loved this mini game! I got to role play as the piece I’m waiting for in real time

My spare-part story is from Nancy’s Bake Shop. 
The top half of one of the decor pieces (labeled as decor 4) — i think it’s a candleholder — fell off while I was putting the finished bakeshop on the display shelf. The bottom part was still stuck on the shelf… only the top half fell off and completely disappeared.
I searched EVERYWHERE to the best of my abilities. 
I even swept the floor and cleaned the entire room where it fell, but no luck. It was nowhere to be found.
After searching and searching, I finally gave up and thought, “Well… I guess Coco, our dog ate it.” 
So, I improvised. I didn’t have a spare part. I found another little piece that I thought could work as a replacement. And honestly, it looked fine, so I moved on.
Fast-forward a few months…
Just recently, I spotted something familiar sitting by the foot of the curio cabinet in the living room — the same room where I used to do my crafting.
Lo and behold! It’s THE MISSING CANDLEHOLDER! 
Apparently, it had been hiding there the whole time.
So… the dog is officially cleared of all charges.
Now I have the original (at least I think I still do - it’s somewhere in my craft box) and the replacement, because apparently my miniature pieces enjoy disappearing for months and then casually showing up when they feel like it.

My spare part story
I think I remember using a tiny yellow rubber band on magic typewriter build, because I was struggling to find an extra spring with hook on them, so I had to get creative on what could match it. After much later into the build, I found the missing spring laying out in open. I’m still using the yellow rubber band on it lol

When i built my Dining room super creator the fireplace light wouldnt work…at the time i didnt know ordering replacements existed as i had only just discovered it..therefore i spent another £40 to buy a whole new kit just for the Light inside 
now i have a full kit i can customize with whatever i want and whenever i want! So i got 1 wrong and 2 rights

@Robotime. But I do enjoy telling people that Robotime sends out replacement pieces, not many companies have that level of service these days. Love these stories from everyone though xx

I didn’t do so well the game keeps glitching on me.
One of my unforgettable moments was when I lost a little door knob for my Super Creator. I gave up looking for it until one day I heard my husband cried “Ouch!” He stepped on the missing knob and that’s when I found it LOL

Having bought the same kit to repair the previous never happened to me. But, once, I was really scared because I broke my Falling Sakura book nook: two plates necessary to close the kit fell and a piece of wood broke and stayed in the hole. I was so desperate and thought I have to buy a new one to obtain the two plates.
But, I have tried using glue and spend an evening trying to fix it. And hooray! The two plates were fixed and my book nook is still holding up well.

But in all seriousness, perhaps it’s best I leave the warehouse work to you, I am AWFUL at this.
As for my spare part story, well, when I started out with this hobby I was completely new to any kind of crafts. You can imagine, my first few kits are a montage of me handling things too roughly and snapping them, or glueing miniature items to my hands. I’ve been fortunate enough not to need any spare parts because they were missing, rather, because I didn’t know what I was doing and kept breaking things
That said, I’ve since become a lot gentler and glueing miniature chairs to my hands only happens about 5% of the time.
I recently built Cookii Bunny’s cookie shop and although I did not need any spare parts (and I also didn’t break anything!!!), I definitely placed a few things in the wrong places because I was in the flow of things, and that left a few noticeable gaps so I had to improvise. Why yes, that is a cookie atop the cabinet out of reach, and yes that is a mysterious milkshake that wasn’t a part of the kit at all. Don’t tell Bunny. 
(I did actually receive a missing part come to think, that was for the recent dinosaur pinball Kickstarter, but I have not started it yet, though already received the replacement items, thank you!)
