After a week of building this kit with probably an hour a day, I finally finished it. There were some challenges that I had to “overcome”. :joy: :sweat_smile:

  1. I accidentally dropped the light and broke the very thin wood that holds it. I had to glue it together.

  2. a missing part. I have scoured every possible area but can’t find it. This is my first time to misplace a piece or is it possible that the kit isn’t complete? It is a good thing that it wasn’t noticeable at all.

Your kit looks amazing! You did a great job despite those minor issues. I’m glad you were able to glue those parts together!

Regarding the missing part, not sure what to tell you. The one and only time that happened to me I found it the day after under my bed :rofl:

You can always ask Robotime for a spare though.

Your corner bookstore still looks lovely despite the missing piece. You can ask customer service for a replacement if it bothers you.

Glad you were able to fix the broken piece. Super glue to the rescue hehehe

I had to use glue and some wires to hold it together for a while.
Glad that it worked. It is not as clean as I want it to be though

You did a great job! You could cover the broken arm of the sign with some greenery! It would look fantastic and cover the break!

Repair really is its own skill set — it takes patience, a good eye for problem-solving, and the confidence to dig in and figure it out. You did great!

I actually broke the same piece when I built this. I broke it as I was reaching in to place a piece. Great that you could repair it.
Sorry about the missing piece. If it bothers you, then you can request a replacement. Or you might like to trim down one of your stickers and place it in that spot as a ‘poster’. Just a thought.
Either way, your build looks great.
