Weekly Small Talks 01 | Which build made you happiest? ✨

spares are a godsend, and it is also nice that your family enjoys your builds as well!

you did a lovely job. I have heard this one can be quite tedious and frustrating, but the outcome is so worth it!

yes, this is lovely. This was probably one of my favourite builds as well!:smiling_face:

I haven’t gifted any because I have such a close connection to each of my builds right now :joy: but someone’s reaction definitely will be worth it one day.:smiling_face:

Thanks so much, @Kycso

Thanks so much for appreciating this, @Lillian_Norman

This garage was my second Rolife kit and I gifted this to my husband who loves to tinker in the garage. I added a replica of one of his motorcycles. To this day my husband has this on display in his clinic which really makes me happy. It simply shows how supportive and encouraging he is with new hobby.

He displayed my other creations on rotation, but the garage is near and dear to his heart.

Thanks so much :two_hearts:. It truly means a lot to me when someone remembers my work. It gives me that extra spark of happiness and motivation.

That’s such a joyful post :glowing_star:! I love how you described your very first kits as the start of your Robotime/Rolife “addiction”—it really shows how much happiness this hobby has brought into your life. Having something to look forward to after long, tiring days is so important, and it’s wonderful that building these kits became that source of comfort and excitement for you.

I love how you described the way you and your daughter bonded through the kit—it’s beautiful that even though she’s usually non-conversant, those tiny pieces sparked shared giggles and little celebration dances.

That’s such a special build story :purple_heart:. Your BTS modification of the Dream Gift Factory really shows how creative this hobby can be—taking a beautifully designed kit and tailoring it to your own passions makes it even more meaningful. I love how you turned it into something personal, a gift just for yourself, and how it now glows and moves in your room like a nightly reminder of both your love for Robotime and BTS. :sparkles:

That’s such a cheerful share :cherry_blossom::minibus::soft_ice_cream:! I love how you said each kit becomes your favorite, but Beverly’s Ice Cream Van really stood out for you.

You’re very welcome

That’s such a sweet story :cherry_blossom::christmas_tree:. The Sakura Treehouse really does feel like a magical build, and the fact that your sister surprised you with it as a Christmas gift makes it even more special. I love how you first discovered it while showing her Henry’s Chocolate Shop—it’s like she picked up on your excitement and turned it into a heartfelt present

That’s such a beautiful reflection. The way you transformed it into your own canvas makes it unforgettable.

From tiny houses and room scenes to a kit that lights up, plays music, and moves… it must have felt like stepping into a whole new world of possibilities.

I can imagine how satisfying it was to see those familiar tones come together on such a dynamic build.

The London marble run is a magnificent kit. And I love your colored version of it. I really enjoyed building it myself as well, since it is the first one that I used color on as well.

This is such a great book nook. And it is nice that you got to do it together with your wife. It’s so nice you get to spend time together doing things you enjoy.

The cuckoo clock indeed is a magnificent kit. And even though it was a challenge with the roof, I think you did a great job building it. It looks amazing. Glad to hear it still brings joy every day
