Hi everyone! 
I just wanted to share a little bit about what I’ve learned so far through my journey as a Robotime Ambassador and especially from hosting my second DIY & Crafting Club Meetup! 
Each meetup has taught me something new—not only about hosting,but about building community, welcoming new builders, and what it truly means to represent Robotime beyond just sharing my own builds.
I’m still learning as I go, but I wanted to share some of my biggest takeaways from this experience and a few things I hope to carry with me into future meetups!

First-Time Builders
One of the most exciting parts for me was seeing people experience Robotime and miniature building for the first time!
We had such a wonderful mix of ages, personalities, backgrounds and experience levels! Some people had built plenty of miniatures before while others were opening a kit and discovering this hobby for the very first time. And before long, experience levels didn’t really matter
People were sharing tools, comparing progress, helping each other through tricky steps, admiring each other’s tiny creations and talking about which kits they wanted to try next
That taught me something really important as an ambassador: introducing someone to Robotime in person is completely different from simply recommending a kit online. You get to watch that little moment when they realize, “Wait… I really like this!” 
And that has quickly become one of my favorite parts of hosting these events!
The Biggest Lesson: Community
I think the biggest thing my second meetup taught me is that the kits may bring everyone into the room, but the people are what make the meetup special
Watching complete strangers start conversations, help one another, laugh together and bond over tiny pieces was probably my favorite part of the entire day!
People who may never have crossed paths otherwise were suddenly sitting at the same table creating tiny worlds together. That’s when I realized that being a Robotime Ambassador means so much more to me than posting finished builds or recommending kits
It means getting to be a bridge between Robotime and people in my own community
It means introducing someone to their first miniature
Helping someone through a frustrating step
Watching strangers become crafting friends
Creating a place where every skill level feels welcome
And hopefully sending people home feeling a little happier and more connected than when they arrived
And a HUGE Shout-Out to My Fiancé
I absolutely cannot talk about this meetup without giving the biggest thank-you to my amazing fiancé 
He was there through everything—helping me prepare, set up, keep things running, take photos, help builders, clean up and basically jump in wherever I needed him!
And can we PLEASE appreciate the shirt?!

I mean… COME ON 
Seeing him walking around my Robotime meetup in his matching shirt supporting something that means so much to me made my heart so happy. Hosting an event this size is a lot of work and knowing I had someone beside me who believed in what I was creating made such a difference
He truly was my biggest cheerleader that day and Petals & Picnics would not have been the same without him
Two Meetups Down…
Standing in the middle of our big group photo at the end of the day and seeing everyone holding their little creations was one of those moments I know I’ll remember
My first meetup had around 17 builders. My second brought together around 40
Two meetups down
So many lessons learned
So many tiny worlds created
So many new connections made
And hopefully this is only the beginning
I walked away from Petals & Picnics with more experience, a LOT of ideas for the future and an even bigger appreciation for this community
Thank you Robotime for trusting me to represent a brand that has brought so much creativity, joy and connection into my life! And thank you to every builder who showed up, created with us, helped someone beside them, shared a laugh or stepped outside their comfort zone and tried something new
Being an ambassador has taught me that sometimes the smallest creations really can bring together the biggest community
