Hi everyone!
I can finally share how my
third Robotime DIY & Crafting Club meetup went… and honestly, it was such a beautiful morning

This time, the meetup took place on Saturday, June 27th, in the morning, once again at Nikochan Arena. And this time we had the whole store to ourselves, which made the experience feel even more comfortable and relaxed.
Unlike my second meetup, where we were split into two smaller rooms, this time we were all together in the main room, just like in my very first event back in December. And I have to say… I really loved it. Being all in the same space made it easier to see everyone building, chatting, asking questions, helping each other, and sharing those little moments that make these meetups so meaningful.
In the end, we were 19 people out of the 20 we were expecting, so the room felt full, but still calm and comfortable.
With the experience of the two previous meetups, I had a clearer idea of how I wanted to organize everything this time. Of course, that doesn’t mean I wasn’t nervous, because I absolutely was hahaha. But I felt a little more prepared, and I also had help.
Once again,
my husband Andrei was there with me
. He is always by my side for these events, helping with anything I need, even when I can tell he is nervous too. And this time
I also had a very special helper, and I’m honestly so grateful for her. Having people supporting me behind the scenes makes a huge difference.
We prepared the tables with cutting mats, tool bags, glue, and everything people might need to start building comfortably.
I also brought some finished kits from home again, so participants could see how some of the builds look once completed and compare little details while working on their own. Also, I forgot to make a photo with all the kits at the table! There were some missing already. Shame on me

This time, the kits that caught the most attention were the miniature houses. And what surprised me the most is that some of the more detailed kits were the ones people wanted to try, even though I thought they might feel a little intimidating at first. Leisure Time Tea Room and Blossom Book Booth were definitely very popular. The Starry Night also got a lot of attention, and of course, the Super Creator kits were still a favorite too.
I really enjoy talking with participants and seeing which kits catch their eye the most. It helps me understand what people are drawn to and gives me ideas for future meetups.
During the meetup, two participants were able to finish their kits: Furry Friends’ Home and Golden Sunflower. The rest took their kits home to finish them later, and I really hope they enjoy completing them at their own pace.
One of the things that made me very happy this time was that I was finally able to take many photos. In the previous meetups, I was so busy running around and helping that I barely had time to capture anything myself. But this time, thanks to the support I had, I could enjoy the moment a little more and also keep some memories of it.
As a little surprise, participants could receive a Baby Nanci Fruits for posting about the event on social media, and we also held a raffle for three Baby Nanci Milk Tea. We didn’t get any special editions, but the Nancis they received were absolutely adorable, and seeing people’s reactions was so sweet.
Something I found really beautiful about this group was how calm everything felt. People were building quietly, chatting softly, getting to know each other, asking for help when they needed something, and enjoying the morning with so much respect and kindness.
At the end, when people described the experience, some said it had been beautiful and entertaining, that they wanted and needed more meetups, or that it had been such a cool experience. When I asked them to choose words to describe how it felt, they said things like inspiring, fun, interesting, amazing, rewarding, and relaxing. Reading and hearing those words meant so much to me.
Another very special part of the day was
finally meeting @Sasa in person. I had the chance to spend some time chatting with her, and that made the meetup feel even more meaningful for me.
When everything was over, I was tired, of course, but in the best possible way. I left with such a warm feeling, like I had just lived something calm, beautiful, and truly important to me. It reminded me once again that this is a space where I feel comfortable, happy, and very much myself.
In short, it was a wonderful experience. A calm, cozy, and inspiring morning full of tiny pieces, conversations, smiles, and little worlds slowly coming to life.
Thank you so much to everyone who came and made this meetup possible. If everything went so well, it was because of you.
I also want to give a little thank you to my fellow ambassadors Miriam, Jade, and Jill. Some of the ideas I used for this meetup came from things they had shared or done before, like the stickers, the promotional signs, asking people for their thoughts after the event, and other little details that make everything feel more thoughtful. I really love that, even if we are organizing meetups in different places, it still feels like we are learning from each other and building something together. Their ideas are honestly wonderful.
And thank you again to
@Robotime for giving me the opportunity to be an Ambassador and for allowing me to keep sharing this hobby with more people. I’m also very grateful to Nikochan Arena for giving us the space where all this magic happens.
I hope this was another beautiful memory for everyone who came, and hopefully the beginning of many more meetups together!
