One of my motors isn’t working at the beginning of the test phase. The first motor is supposed to work quick then the second start but only the first motor works. I’ve checked everything I can do. Do we get a refund or maybe the motor is defective. Or operator error?
Many people here have built this one so I’m sure someone will be able to help you ![]()
Did you make sure everything is properly waxed and there are no parts pushing others too much? I’ve seen that problem happening a lot in this kit.
Where do we get the wax? I did my best to triple check all the wires and everything and nada.
Welcome to community. You can record a video to ask @CustomerService or support from others.
Hoping @CustomerService can help you with this one.
There should be a small white stick of wax somewhere in the kit.
Make sure you wax all the gears well.
If you are just doing the initial testing…(Step 1) make sure that you are doing everything in the exact order stated and in a timely fashion. I had to mine 20 or 30 times before getting it right. After that, it was smooth sailing. Proper sanding a waxing is a MUST. Anywhere two parts will rub together. 👍 [ROKR DIY & Creativity] Completion of my custom Space Shuttle
