📖 [Rowood Journey] I Built a Pot… Twice. Thanks, Anime

That’s exactly the thing: I’m not either :joy::joy:. I have no idea why I thought I could do it or how I even managed to finish it :joy:

Same! I can’t watch anything dubbed so I definitely can’t build while watching and reading subtitles at the same time lol. :laughing:

Hahahaha it turned out great in the end but it’s so easy to be distracted! I’m a simple single cell being so multitasking is almost impossible for me! :laughing:

Thank you, @Tricia12 :smiling_face:

I’m telling you, I’ve tried… I can do different things at the same time, like crocheting while watching a show, but building and watching a series with subtitles is definitely not one of my superpowers, unfortunately :joy:

It was honestly so good. It was scary but not scary. It felt like a fever dream really. Some of it is funny.

I’m at least glad you knew the reference.

@Wenbare I do another research to ask what kind of paint did you use? I need to find something available local but also not so expensive xD maybe any recommendation?

Wow I don’t know this specific one but I googled and it’s Junji Ito! I read quite a bit of his manga when I’m filling courageous! :face_with_peeking_eye:

Thank you, @aga2713!

I used one of the simplest things you can imagine: markers. No paint, no brushes, nothing like that haha. For the inside part, where I want to add a bit of color, I will use a tiny bit of paint, but acrylic paint is more than enough for that.

@Liset is painting the Cuckoo Clock right now and needs to cover more surface, we were just talking about the paints she uses if you want paint options haha

When you want!!! Always ready to talk about that :joy:

Yes pleaaase :smiling_face_with_tear::smiling_face_with_tear::smiling_face_with_tear:

It makes me laugh because he’s such a warm, positive, always-smiling person, and then he creates illustrations that give me serious creepy vibes because they’re that well done :sweat_smile:

@aga2713 I started with the acrylic paint from Action (I think there is also an Action in Poland) they also have acrylic markers. You’ll notice, however, that you’ll need to apply several coats to get full coverage. The best way to paint the edges is with the markers.
