@jeanneL the disco balls are the only thing about this kit that took some time. The rest of it is fantastic!

@Tkaplan I hope your grandaughter had a fab 1st birthday !

Thanks for this tip Tina. I aso got confused with the instructions on the disco ball. I thought the ball is too small that it doesn’t make sense to put those numbers. :sweat_smile:

The disco balls look fantastic! :mirror_ball::man_dancing:t2: You’re right, it’s a shame we don’t have a tiny John Travolta to tear up that diner floor. The guitar hanging from the ceiling is such a cool touch! It really captures that mid-century rock-and-roll energy. Safe travels to West Virginia and happy 1st birthday to your granddaughter! The diner will be waiting for its grand opening when you get back. :soft_ice_cream::guitar:

@khimmymade haha, that would just be too awesome, right?! lol… and thank you very much, we sure will.

@serenebliss_23 thank you! I almost gave up and bought miniature disco balls on Amazon, but I would have been disappointed knowing I didn’t make them myself. Haha

@Carmie thank you…it was the only detail that wasn’t fun to make. Not my best work, but I still
Love this build.

You’re welcome. :blush: Oh is putting the disco ball stickers kind of hard? Just curious.

@serenebliss_23 the disco balls we’re not fun. It wasn’t difficult, just awkward. The mirror squares don’t really cover the round ball.

@Jo1 I did use a silver metallic paint on the ball
to try to make it blend in where there were gaps.
