You’re very welcome. Mine are currently full of Gear Ball Challenge pieces. I pretty much use them every day.

I’m sorry to hear about your broken stem.

I find that the Rowood Rose is heavier compared to other flowers that the stem tend to break. I have a single rose and it’s now just lying in my display case because it won’t stand on its vase anymore.

I hope you’ll have a better experience when you come back to this project.

Oh, I’m gonna add myself to those thanks. I haven’t received them nor used them yet but I’ve already ordered them. They should arrive alongside my Cuckoo Clock. @Nita_Davis @jeanneL

I put a ton of pennies into my Spring Bouquet vase when I made it for my Mom as I had heard others complain about this. It worked perfectly. @Jill_Francisco

Aww I’m sorry you’re facing some challenges. I’ve never really made any of the wooden flowers but I’m starting to think they’re not easy builds. :weary_cat: But I have faith they’ll still turn out beautifully! :pink_heart:

Hehehe!

I’m leaving the repairs on the roses for now. I’ll work on another flower tonight.
When I go away next week, I am taking a couple of kits wit me but leaving the flowers behind.

Good idea because the flowers are quite fragile for traveling.

You’re welcome. I’m planning to buy a pink rose too and test it with myself. Yes, it just needs a little fixing and it’s good again.

@Suzanne_Jones that’s ok hun i hope it all goes well !!:smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I understand the struggle of having fat fingers a little too well :sob::sob: I broke too many pieces for my liking too!! But maybe you’ll able you to fix this!! Like using glue to just stick the stems in their place??

Thanks Jill. I have a couple of cool kits to take. We aren’t travelling far (just heading to the coast that’s about an hour away). I just don’t feel like taking the flowers wit me ha ha

I probably will. I’m pretty sure that when I finally finish it, you won’t be able to tell they were broken. I’m the master of camouflage ha ha

Thật piece does look like a Brontosaurus. I have the same thought when I was building the rose for the flower basket last year. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Oh Suzanne! First of all, you are absolutely brave for tackling flowers. They can be so delicate! The fact that your second rose went smoother already shows you’re learning as you go.

And yes… that totally looks like a little Brontosaurus :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy:

Take your time with the repairs. Sometimes “out of our comfort zone” builds end up being the most rewarding

My favorite dino is the brontosaurus. My Grandson always tells me I love the Long Necks!
and @Suzanne_Jones it does look like a bronto! That is funny!
