By the way, Mrs C was so pleased with her flowers but created a moment of hilarity at the breakfast table when she decided to smell the flowers and knocked one of them off. I was with another resident and heard laughter behind me. When I turned around, everyone was laughing at Mrs C trying to put the flower back on before I noticed.
Easy fix! She was delighted and can’t wait to show her family.
Back to my flowers. Tonight I worked on the lilac. Of course nothing ever goes smoothly for me, and I had to take it apart once or twice to get the arrows pointing in the right direction to I could fit other parts correctly.
I was doing so well and had no breakages until….. I only had a few flowers to put in and pressed a little too hard.
B7000 to the rescue and pressure with my fingers, all the while hoping that my fingers would not remain stuck to the flowers when it dried further.
Success!! Dare I say ‘easy peasy’?
