I started this build very excited for the outcome. I wanted to challenge myself and boy did I get it lol. I am not very mechanically inclined and thought this was a good start to get into these. Everything went together well honestly. When I got to strings I had issues with the parachutes not working correctly as shown in the video (which is too large to load unfortunately). It was working fine but when I finished it, the parachutes had issues. I had to make the decision to restart and redo the stringing again. Very disappointed in

my skills and I took a couple weeks off from it. I got it again last night I finally got it to work! Now to get the rest finished again. Only problem is I broke some parts that I don’t have replacements for. It’s ok it will still operate and look fine. I’m happy with my accomplishment on this. I overcame issues and feel better about myself for doing it. This hobby gives me courage and patience and chance to challenge myself like never before and that really is the whole point of it for me. Yeah but I broke them and they say they charge for replacement parts if broken by me lol

That moment where things don’t work~~especially with tricky parts like strings, can be really frustrating, but the fact that you went back, restarted, and made it work is honestly the most impressive part :puzzle_piece::clap:
Breaking a few pieces happens to so many builders, especially on mechanical kits..what matters is that you kept going and got it functioning again. That’s real progress.
And what you said at the end really says it all: building courage, patience, and pushing yourself, that’s exactly what this hobby is about :yellow_heart:
You should feel proud of this one.

Great job and great persistence! Sometimes taking a break from a kit is the best way to finish it. I’m glad you got it working! Mechanical kits can be tricky and you did it! :trophy:
