Last Saturday evening (July 25, 2026), I received my Rolife Halloween Haunted Candy House. I was so excited that I immediately started building it—and finished it that very same night! 
The next morning, Sunday (July 26, 2026) my ROKR Mechanical Typewriter (Magic Version) arrived. I decided to save it for Monday (July 27), and the moment I unboxed it, I knew it was going to be something truly special. The craftsmanship and intricate details are absolutely beautiful. Even my husband and my boys couldn’t stop admiring it!
I was excited to begin, but I quickly realized this kit is on a whole different level. It requires a lot of patience because many of the pieces are incredibly delicate, and you have to handle each one with great care.
Day 1 (July 27): Monday
I completed the keyboard section. Watching all those vintage keys come together was so satisfying, and for the first time, the typewriter really started to come to life.
Day 2 (July 28): Tuesday
Today was definitely more challenging! Installing all the typebars required patience, precision, and a very steady hand. There were moments when I thought, “Wow… this is hard!” 
But I kept going, and I’m so proud that I made it through this stage.
What makes this project even more meaningful is that this is the kit I won during the 2026 Mid-Year Maker’s Choice Vote. Every piece I assemble reminds me how grateful I am to have been given the opportunity to build such an incredible model.
This has already been an amazing journey, and I’m excited to see it all come together. Thank you, ROKR, for this wonderful experience!
