My first ever project was the Dream Gift Factory. I instantly fell in love with the design and ordered it almost immediately when I stumbled upon it on social media.

I was in need of something to clear my head, to keep me of thinking and to help me relax. This was perfect, the only thing I did was following the steps to make it.

When I was building it, I found out it was a challenging kit, but keeping my calm and following the building plan helped me to get it done in just a few days.

Did I do everything right? Not exactly, I was not aware of the spare pieces and I broke a few (1 on the inside and 2 on the outside). When I finished, I saw the spare parts and I could replace the outside ones I broke, so now there is still on broken on the inside. But it works, so I’m not going to try to open it up again :sweat_smile:.

Making the Dream Gift Factory, got me hooked on building these kits. But since I’m single and life is expensive, I try to save up a bit before buying a new kit. :sweat_smile:

After the Dream Gift Factory, I have built the Spaceport and Night City Marble Run and the link pack. And now I have the Dream Coffee Factory waiting to be made. I hope I can start soon on that one :smiling_face:

It was challenging, but with the right amount of patience and some sandpaper I got it done :wink:. I don’t regret that I did not get an ‘easier’ kit first.

You did a great job :star_struck: This is one of the more challenging builds. It’s impressive that this was your first build. Fortunately, the instructions are often clear and easy to follow. I’m really curious about your progress on the coffee factory :grin:

This is a beautiful kit. It is a tough one as a first kit. You did really well with it. Looking forward to see your coffee factory.

@ this is on my wish list to do with my partner ! Im not to sure if id be able to build it . I normally do miniture houses and restaurants etc x

What a fantastic first build for you. I have this kit in my stash, but I’m not game to tackle it yet. So, hats off to you for doing this as a first kit. :growing_heart:

It’s happened to me too, even with 3-star kits.

And with parts that aren’t replaceable. But what I do is glue them on as best I can, haha. :rofl:

We all break things, if not at least once per kit! I think it is all about figuring a way around or to learn ways to fix! Good job!

All of those are wonderful kids. I have yet to do the dream coffee factory but the other ones were amazing. I hope you have fun doing the coffee factory

Amazing job for your first kit, you should be proud! Thanks a lot for sharing it. This one was my… Second or third kit? And it was one of my greatest experiences, I’ll be definitely buying the Coffee Factory as soon as it’s available and I have the money for it.

Haha yes, it was a little challenging for a first build, but I managed to finish it properly. And the experience it gave me, I can use now with the next factory :smiling_face:
