Welcome!! Only suggestion I would make is when submitting your cv is to include lots of pictures with accompanying stories of each build. Doesn’t have to be all from Robotime, just to prove you know how to. Craft kits and understand the processes. Any additional crafts that you do as well and any involvement you have had in a community in person ( speaking presentation etc.) because as an ambassador your going to be talking in front of people and have to field questions. And above all show your passion! You joined her because you already enjoy this hobby. Let it shine.

Hi! I know this was a long time ago but I’m considering applying and looked at your event - did the kit that attendees got for free come from Rolife? Or did you have to buy them / did tickets cost money to buy them?

Hi! I highly recommend applying! 
Just carefully follow the application guidelines and submit everything requested.
If your event is approved, Robotime/Rolife provides the kits for the attendees—you do not have to purchase them yourself or charge attendees to cover them. Tickets are also completely free, as these meetups are intended to bring local builders together, introduce new people to the community, and create a fun, welcoming experience! 
You may still have some additional event expenses depending on what you plan, such as the venue, supplies, decorations, food, or printing, so I recommend keeping that in mind while planning. But the kits themselves are provided by Robotime/Rolife. I hope you apply, and best of luck!
