All year round, Rolife is inviting passionate DIY lovers, miniature collectors, Rolife fans, and creative souls to host a Rolife Meetup in their local city. 
Whether it’s a cozy crafting afternoon, a coffee shop build session, a weekend DIY hangout, or a small community gathering with people who love creating, we’d love to help you bring it to life. 
At Rolife, we believe our kits are more than products. They are little worlds, tiny stories, and hands-on moments that help people slow down, create, connect, and feel proud of what they’ve made. 
Now, we’d love to invite you to create that experience with others.
What Is a Rolife Meetup?
A Rolife Meetup is a local gathering hosted by you and supported by Rolife. 
It can be casual, warm, creative, and very human. Think of it as a place where people can build together, share their favorite kits, tell the stories behind their creations, make new friends, and enjoy a few hours away from screens. 
Well, except for taking photos of their finished builds. That part is absolutely allowed. 
Your meetup could include:
A Rolife kit-building session
A themed DIY activity
A Rolife fan gathering
A creative storytelling circle
A casual crafting club meetup
A coffee, picnic, or garden-style build party
A photo-sharing moment for everyone’s creations
You don’t need to be a professional event planner. You just need to love Rolife, enjoy connecting with people, and be excited to create a welcoming space for your local community. 
Rolife will provide support along the way, including planning guidance, materials, promotional assistance, and reasonable event-related expenses.
What You’ll Get as a Meetup Host
1. Meetup Support from Rolife
Once selected, you’ll be invited to join the Rolife Community Pre-Ambassador Working Group, where we’ll share everything you need to plan your meetup.
This includes event guidelines, meetup planning tips, promotional support, and expectations for the event.
We’ll be with you through the process, so you won’t be figuring it all out alone. 
2. 
A $100 Organizational Contribution Award
All preliminary hosts who put genuine effort into organizing and completing their local meetup will receive an Organizational Contribution Award valued at $100.
This is our way of saying thank you for helping bring the Rolife community to life offline. 
And yes, we know organizing people is sometimes harder than assembling the tiniest piece in a miniature bakery. 
3. 
The Chance to Become an Official Rolife Brand Ambassador
After your meetup is completed, Rolife will review the overall experience, community response, and event impact.
If the meetup meets our expectations, you’ll be officially appointed as a Rolife Brand Ambassador.
As an official ambassador, you’ll become part of a growing global community of creators, fans, storytellers, and hands-on dreamers. 
4. 
Quarterly Meetup Rewards
Official Rolife Brand Ambassadors will have the opportunity to continue hosting local Rolife meetups or crafting activities.
For each successfully hosted quarterly meetup, you’ll receive an Organizer Reward valued at $80（With growth）, which may include special products, limited-edition kits, or other exclusive rewards.
Basically, more reasons to keep creating. Not that Rolife fans usually need many reasons. 
5. 
Early Product Testing & Co-Creation Opportunities
As someone close to the community, your perspective matters.
You’ll get priority access to product testing opportunities, with the chance to try new Rolife products early and share feedback that may help shape future releases.
You may also have opportunities to take part in co-creation projects and share ideas directly with the Rolife team. 
6. A Chance to Join Rolife’s Global Creative Circle
Selected ambassadors may have the opportunity to be invited to Rolife’s Annual Brand Celebration, where creators and ambassadors from around the world come together.
You may also have the chance to co-design new products with Rolife. 
It’s a chance to go beyond building kits and become part of the story behind what comes next.

How the Selection Process Works
Rolife will review all applications and select a group of preliminary meetup hosts.
If selected, you’ll be invited to join the Rolife Community Pre-Ambassador Working Group.
In this group, we’ll share:
Brand ambassador guidelines
Meetup planning instructions
Event expectations
Content and photo-sharing suggestions
Details about Rolife’s support
Tips for creating a warm and engaging local experience
All preliminary hosts are expected to organize one local Rolife Meetup within 2 months of becoming a preliminary ambassador.
Rolife will provide support throughout the process, including materials, promotional assistance, and coverage for reasonable event-related expenses.
After your meetup is completed, we’ll review the overall results and impact of the event.
If the outcome meets our expectations, you’ll officially become a Rolife Brand Ambassador.
