Robotime’s Local Event Organizer in Your City
You’ll co-host local meetups (Robotime DIY & Crafting Club Meetup) or crafting activities with Robotime, bringing people together through shared creativity.
You’ll receive an Organizer Reward (valued at $80, $160, or $240 depending on the organizer level, and may include special or limited-edition products) as a thank-you for successfully hosting a quarterly/special meetup.

You’ll enjoy priority access to product testing (chance to get new product for free) and co-creation opportunities, allowing you to try new kits early and share feedback that directly influences future releases.
Grow Together with a Global Circle
You’ll get chance to be invited to our Annual Brand Celebration , where creators and ambassadors from around the world come together. You will have the opportunity to co-design new products with Robotime.

How We Select Our Brand Ambassadors

We will review and evaluate all submitted CV to select a group of preliminary brand ambassador candidates.

Once selected as a preliminary Brand Ambassador, you will be invited to join the Robotime Community Pre-Ambassador working group.

In the group, we will share operational guidelines for brand ambassadors as well as detailed instructions for organizing meetups. We will clearly outline our expectations for the meetup results and overall impact.

All preliminary Brand Ambassadors are expected to host one local meetup within 2 months after becoming preliminary ambassador to demonstrate their capability. Robotime will provide full support throughout the process, including materials and promotional assistance. All reasonable event-related expenses will be covered by Robotime.

After your meetup is completed, we will evaluate the overall results and impact of the event. If the outcome meets our expectations, you will be officially appointed as a Robotime Brand Ambassador.

All preliminary Brand Ambassadors who genuinely put in the effort to organize and complete their meetup will receive a Organizational Contribution Award value at $80.
