DIY & Crafting Club Meetup 03 in the Philippines

I held my first ever DIY & Crafting Club Meetup in my local community at Chapter Coffee, Makati City last May 23, 2026. There were 16 enthusiastic crafters who participated in the said event; 13 newcomers, two past participants and one alumni who bring her own kit. It was a cozy afternoon which filled the place with friendly chit-chats and excitement to build their own miniature houses and book nooks.
The attendees got to choose their preferred kits in first to come basis. There were three kits to select from (five pieces each available).

The official posters, Nanci giveaways, sample finished builds and tool kits were displayed in the venue.
The place was filled with fun and enjoyment building their own DIY miniature houses and book nooks. Some were beginners and first time to build and there were some intermediate and advanced crafters. There were a connection form through sharing the same hobby and met new friends.
Jill, one of the Philippines Robotime Brand Ambassadors, was also there as my participant with her daughter Isay.
The meetup event would not be completed without giveaway prizes which were all sponsored by Robotime. The two winners of Milk Tea Baby Nanci were drawn using the Wheel of Names based on the number of each participant in the registration form and one was given to Isay for being a volunteer on the Q&A interview.
There were also Baby Nanci Fruits given to those first 12 participants who posted about their builds or the meetup on their social media platforms.
Some were able to finished their builds and some decided to continue their crafts when they got home.
I felt nervous since this was my first time to organize and host an event but my participants made it light for me. I’m happy to say that the meetup was a successful one. Thank you so much @Robotime to make a meetup event like this to be possible in my local community! 
I would also like to sincerely thank you @Jill_Francisco and @joy.licerio for lending me a help in distributing the kits and for everyone who attended my meetup event. My heart felt so fulfilled that my participants went home with a big smile on their faces.
