[Relaxing Moment] Taking a Quick Detour This Weekend!

This weekend, I decided to take a little breather and switch gears to something a bit quicker! Don’t get me wrong—I absolutely love diving into intricate wooden miniature builds, because there is nothing quite like the satisfaction of piecing together those tiny details.

This weekend’s project is a Lego postcard to add to our wall.

I think this is just the perfect, relaxing palate cleanser before I dive headfirst into my next major wooden miniature project. Sometimes a quick, simple build is just what I need to recharge the creative batteries! :battery::sparkles:

What is everyone else working on this weekend? Whether it’s a massive wooden build or a quick side project, I hope you’re all having a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

Happy weekend, everyone! :waving_hand:

It is … And fun, too

Thank you. Only problem now is to look for a nice photo to go with it. Unfortunately, my digital files are all over the place

What a cute idea with the LEGOs. I’ve never seen them before.
I hope you enjoy your next build. Is that the one with the buildings on one side and something else in the other?

Thank you, @Suzanne_Jones. Yes, the next kit i’ll be doing features a double-sided scene. I’m really excited for this since it reminds me of the old days when i would visit Kowloon in Hong Kong with my dad. :white_heart:

I like doing that once in a while too. A quick build can be a nice change of pace before jumping into a larger project. I hope you enjoy both builds this weekend!
