👍 [Quality Post] Lighted Seahorse Barque 👍

I started this build weeks ago and because of phone problem are now just able to update.
The build because of the lighting required that the hull and deck be built separately and then assembled.
All but the final gold and Burgundy side pieces, seahorse, decorative pieces and the masts were assembled before joining the decks to the hull.
As can be seen in the pictures I added red lights to the lower deck that are only
visible when the cannon doors are open and red rhinestones to the cannon barrels to show the cannons firing.
Off colored UV lights are added to the main cabin to silhouette the captain.
The ONLY problem with the battery powered “fairy lights” is they have 2 inches of wire between each light. That is a LOT to coil up and hide.
The ship has been permanently attached to the base using super glue to prevent the wires from being tore lose.

So much creativity in the details. I can really imagine the captain’s silhouette in the cabin, it adds such a dramatic touch. I know it must have been tricky dealing with all those fairy light wires, but you pulled it off beautifully. Thank you for sharing your progress :+1:

Wow, that’s an incredible build! :ship::fire: The red lights in the cannon doors and rhinestone barrels are such a brilliant touch—makes it feel like a real battle scene.

The way you planned out the build step by step is super impressive. I like how you even thought of hiding the wires neatly, that must have taken a lot of patience!
