I have to say this build is amazing! I cannot believe all the details added on this ship! I wanted to share my progress thus far and a few notes and tips.
Being that I am only about half way through, the very first thing I built on this looks like a mini, mini ship. It has gears and turns but not yet sure what it is. The instructions did not say to wax, but since it had gears, I waxed! It is that small object in front of the big ship.
A heads up on page 7: piece F 42 is very very thin. I did not break it but it was hard to locate on the board!.
Page 8 was a surprise as this is where you put the guns on. They were pretty hard to push on. I ended up waxing a little and using a piece of wood to push them on. But wait until you see the way they open the guns. So cool!
I am having great fun with this for sure. Here are some pics!

funny, I just looked at yours and it is different. They do not even have the golds in there yet. and they are pushed into a hold instead now.
This build really is amazing! You’re doing great!
It reminds me so much of when I was building it, and I love the excitement you’re sharing while putting it together
they are like silouettes! 4 of them that stick in holes and stand behind the window! when complete you can see them a little through windows. I have good pics of them here but harder to see once done.
