I don’t have this kit, so I can’t help you. You can ask @CustomerService for helping

Hopefully Customer Service would be able to héo you with it.

Oh dear. I struggled a lot with this one and finally gave up on making the pendulum work. I did read where 455 g of weight was found to be perfect for many…but the clock must be level in all ways. This includes side to side, vertically and in distance from the wall using those screws. I wish the best.

Hello there, the adjustment process may involve disassembling some parts, so we wonder if you are able to do this yourself?

Yes I am able to disassemble the parts. I opened them and heavily waxed the gears.

I think Robotime has already replied to your question. I hope the issues will resolve soon. I’m sorry that I can’t help you. :<

Please remove this part first, then hang the pendulum clock on the wall, and let the weight pull the gears to check if they can be driven normally. Do not pull the weight by hand during this test.
If it works normally: simply apply wax to the pallet fork and gears, then level and test again.
If it does not work: you need to disassemble it and apply wax to each gear.

Thanks I will be disassembling the clock and doing it again. Will try your suggestion.
