Clock not working

Good afternoon community!

I’ve finished my clock but cannot get the clock to keep time. Here’s a summary:

Lights, cuckoo & pendulum all work. I’ve checked to ensure all connections are tight, set the clock per pg. 26 and have charged it.

PLEASE HELP so I can display this for my wife.

Thank you.

That is not a “charger”. I am pretty sure it requires being plugged in to a USB port for power.

usb or battery?
If running with both in place, remove batteries and run on USB - this is best choice either way. If running on batteries, remove them and try USB. See if that makes improvements. If not reply to this and tag customerservice on this.
and yes USB needs to be in a charger and charger plugged in. Not like a phone or laptop that gets charged and cn be unplugged.

I also think the problem lies with the power source. Try what everyone else suggested.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

As the other have suggested, try not unplugging it first

Hi there. Welcome to the community. Try to ask @CustomerService for help. They might give you a helpful advice too.

Welcome to the community @Dan_Ertel . Suggest you to try and run it via USB-C cable as this will fix up most of the problems.

Hi Tricia,

I’ve tried that but cannot get the hands to move unless I use the wheel to set the time….Dan

Hi, I tried removing the batteries and running via USB. Still no hand movement….D

Hi Nita,

I tried removing batteries and plugging into USB cable connect to a wall outlet. Still no hand movement….D

Please give this man a hand. He has tried all our suggestions!

Then I think the mechanical part is faulty so you would need a replacement. @CustomerService should be able to send a new part out to you free of charge. They are really good.

According to your description, the issue may be with the P26 clock component. We would be happy to provide you with this replacement part.
