DIY & Crafting Club Meetup 03 in the Philippines
June 27, 2026 at Cafe Beato West Parc-Cedar, Westgate Drive Muntinlupa City
This was my second meetup that I had organized and hosted in my local community at Cafe Beato, Muntinlupa City last June 27, 2026. I was grateful that it didn’t rain on that day since it was a rainy season and my prayers had been heard. There were 15 enthusiastic participants who joined the said meetup event. Most of them were beginners who didn’t have any experience on building a kit. The intermediate and advanced builders could be counted on only one hand. The staffs and my participants were so warmth and welcoming to me. The place had an aesthetic vibes which was pleasing to the eyes. The room was filled with chit-chats and excitement to build their own DIY kits especially for the first timers.
The participants got to choose their desired DIY kits in first to come basis. There were three kits that were available to pick from (five pieces each).

The official posters had been displayed outside of the Cafe Shop. The place became exclusively for us since the place was just right for the number of participants and the organizers. We also had three Milk Tea Baby Nanci for raffle giveaways and Suri Mystery Castle figures for those attendees who will successfully posted about the meetup event in first to post basis. The sample finished kits and some of Nanci plush and figures were displayed in the venue.
You could felt the fun and enjoyment of the attendees all over the place. The intermediate and advanced crafters guided the beginners on how to build their first DIY miniature kits. There were a connection form through building kits.
The three Milk Tea Baby Nanci blind boxes which were sponsored by Robotime had been given via the Wheel of Names based on the number of each participant in the registration form as giveaway prizes.
The Suri Mystery Castle blind boxes which were also sponsored by Robotime was given during the said event for those 12 first lucky people who will post about the meetup event.
Some made a lot of progress during the meetup event and some took their kits at home to continue their crafts.
