The structures are up and I’m almost done yay! One more day of working on this and I think it’ll be complete, I would’ve been done sooner but I hit a roadblock.
And here is where I unleashed my censored vocabulary and admitted defeat. I simply could not for the life of me bend this thick as wire to match the diagram printed on the paper. My fingers and pliers would break long before this wire decides to be bent at straight angles. I then realised I could’ve just tried using the edge of my table to get sharp bends but I couldn’t be bothered anymore. This post office is just going to have to live with wonky plumbing.
It’s a solid metal wire haha! I did try straightening it but I was leaving too many marks with my pliers and it was getting late so I’m going to leave it.
You’re so close now, it’s looking great. Putting up the structure and wallpaper is always one of the most satisfying parts. And don’t worry about the wire, sometimes it just refuses to cooperate no matter what we do
