Here’s me trying to hold this thing in place so it doesn’t tip over while I wait for the glue to dry. I like the way this was implemented, you snip off the excess wire at the end and just glue it on top of the mailbox.
This is most definitely an older kit. Nothing was pre-cut, so you’ll have to do it all yourself, yes, even the cat with all its curves and lines. I love things to be neat and tidy so I must say I probably spent a lot of time just on the cutting alone.
Everything is looking so cute. I am not a fan of kits that you need to start from scratch because it takes more time. And my hands and eyes are not as cooperative anymore. I’m starting to feel my real age when I do kits like these.
But you are doing great! I will patiently wait for your next update. Reading through people’s progress is therapeutic to me.
Im the same, i hate it when a piece of white paper is visible around a piece. Sometimes i can’t get close with scissors and i hate using a knife. Inlove pre cut parts
I also wish I had unlimited time to build!! 
My days off finally start today, so I’m excited to get some building done!
I work slowly as well to make sure I’m building each piece prettily
