[Heartwarming] A Frame Cabin Update #4

A quick update from this cozy cabin ~

Today is Black Saturday here in the Philippines. I woke up early since our family planned a little picnic just 10 minutes away from home, and with some extra time, I squeezed in a quick build. I only used a lamp so I wouldn’t wake my two little babies.

Progress so far: I managed to build two sofas. One of them—the blue striped one—turned out to be made from an eraser! At first, I thought I’d need to do some stitching, but thankfully it was much easier than expected.

The pink (larger) sofa isn’t as cozy as it looks since it’s made of plastic, along with the pillows. Still, it was simple to assemble, especially with my holy grail glue, B7000. It really makes everything stick perfectly.

I had no idea the settee was plastic

It is, but since it’s inside, it’s not really noticeable.

It’s coming along nicely. Did you have twins…or do you have an older baby? I hope you are doing well with your recovery after birth.

Thank you! My little girl is already 3, so not much of a baby anymore. I’m doing great and slowly getting back on track after the surgery, just being extra careful.

I was amazed to find that the little couch was an eraser! It just goes to show that you can use anything to create miniatures.
Great progress on your build. And enjoy your family day @Anje_Leonoza_Mira

I don’t really like this sofa because it’s made of plastic; it lacks softness.

Isn’t it surprising how that blue and white one is so heavy when you look at it you think oh my gosh this is gonna be nothing and then you get the feel of it. I didn’t even think about the fact that it’s in a racer wow!

She is! But she freaks out if anyone other than me or her dad touches the baby—she’s convinced they’ll steal her brother.

I was really surprised to find out it was actually an eraser! The tricky part is that double-sided tape won’t stick to it since it’s rubber, so I ended up using glue instead.

It’s looking great! It is pretty cool how the sofas were made out of two different materials.

Ohhhh, the little sofas are so cute, I love that blue one! I agree that the pink one loses a bit of charm since it’s made of plastic and not everything in this kit is. I think it will look nice in the end anyway
