Not many people here have built the Marble Run so I hope your post will come in useful. 
I know, I know. But if nobody can help them properly, then the customer service will be back eventually.

It will a bit out of the alignment but don’t worry, you can just screw it down but don’t be so tight… 
I have not worked on a marble run yet but I’m glad you were able to figure it out and get it to work
